Tembe Competition – Win 1 of 5 Hampers
1. Promoter
The promoter is Tembe DIY & Building Products Ltd.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 or over. Employees of Tembe DIY, their immediate families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
Entry instructions are provided on the official competition post. Only entries that follow all stated steps will be counted. No purchase is necessary.
4. Competition Period
The competition opens and closes on the dates stated in the promotional post. Entries received outside these dates will not be accepted.
5. Prizes
• Any hamper image shown in promotional materials may be illustrative.
• The winner will receive a hamper of equal or greater value.
• If specific items or the exact hamper pictured are unavailable due to supplier or stock issues, Tembe reserves the right to provide a substitute hamper of equivalent quality and value.
• No cash alternative is offered.
6. Winner Selection
Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries after the competition closes. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Notification of Winners
Winners will be contacted via the platform used to enter. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Tembe reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Delivery of Prizes
Prizes will be delivered to a UK or Ireland address provided by the winner. Tembe is not responsible for delays caused by courier or postal services, incorrect addresses supplied by the winner, or events outside its control.
9. Additional Promotional Posts
Tembe may run additional promotional posts relating to the competition (including reminder or last-chance posts). Where a prize is shown, Tembe will ensure that the prize awarded to the winner is of equal or greater value than any prize depicted.
10. Changes or Withdrawal
Tembe reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible via the original promotional post or Tembe’s official channels.
11. Data Protection
Personal data provided during the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and delivering prizes. Data will be handled in accordance with Tembe’s Privacy Policy.
12. Liability
Tembe accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, invalid, or delayed entries, or for technical issues affecting entry.
