Tembe Announce New Chief Executive Office and Managing Director
Tembe, one of the UK’s leading building and decorating suppliers with their Hippo & Filltite brands, are delighted to announce a new leadership structure.
Founder Guy Malam will move from his current MD role to CEO & Sales Director, with Dell Fitzgerald, currently Sales Director South, moving into the MD role effective from 1st December 2025.
The new structure will give Guy the capacity to focus on Tembe’s exciting growth strategy as CEO and importantly as Sales Director, spend more time with customers to develop mutual growth plans. Guy has dedicated 21 years to building the business from the ground up and is now eager to embark on a new chapter of growth by leading from the front.
As Managing Director, Dell will lead the day-to-day running of the business, assuming all back-office and support function responsibilities, whilst supporting Guy in leading the commercial activity in the South. Dell will work with the head office teams and functions to ensure we are delivering on our customer proposition and facilitate the growth opportunities.
