Eligibility

  • The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
  • Employees, contractors, representatives and agents of the Promoter may interact with promotional content for marketing purposes but will not be entered into the prize draw and are not eligible to win.

Giveaway Period

  • The giveaway opens on publication of the promotional post.
  • Entries must be received by 1:00 PM (BST) on Saturday 13 June 2026.
  • Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.

Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive an official England or Scotland football shirt
  • The shirt size will be subject to availability.
  • No cash alternative, exchange or transfer of the prize will be offered.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

General Entry Conditions

  • Multiple comments do not constitute multiple entries unless expressly stated.
  • Only one additional entry may be earned through tagging a friend.
  • Tagged accounts must belong to real individuals.
  • Entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, defamatory, inappropriate, misleading, or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions may be disqualified.

Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the closing date.
  • The draw will take place within five (5) working days of the competition closing.
  • The winner will be selected using an independently verifiable random selection method from all eligible entries
  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification

  • The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform through which they entered.
  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification.
  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Prize Delivery

  • The winner must provide a valid UK delivery address promptly upon request.
  • The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to ensure the prize is delivered on or before the England v Panama World Cup match scheduled for 27 June 2026.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for delays caused by courier services, postal providers, incorrect delivery details supplied by the winner, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that if selected as the winner, their first name, surname initial and/or social media handle may be used by the Promoter for announcing the winner and for reasonable promotional purposes related to the giveaway.

Data Protection

  • Personal data supplied during the administration of the giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of administering the promotion and delivering the prize.
  • Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to:

  • Verify the eligibility of entrants.
  • Disqualify any entrant found to be manipulating the entry process.
  • Disqualify entries generated by automated means, bots, bulk accounts, or fraudulent activity.
  • Remove entries that breach these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with the giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
